MyFitnessPal – Free Weight Loss Tools

Loving this site/app!! I’m trying to figure out how to get this on my side bar, but for now, I’ll put it here. It should update as I lose weight… I’m taking a modified low carb approach – adding beans and some fruit back in, but keeping it lower fat and watching my calorie intake. I’ve seen losses the past two days, so I’m hoping this will work to get me to my goal.

I’m back down to my magic “can’t get past it” number, but my body fat percentage has dropped since the last time I was at this weight. I’ve also lost 1/2″ from my waist and 1.25″ from my hips. I’ll try to be really good today and see if I can break through this floor. Wish me luck!
