Dukan – Day 10

Back up 0.4 lbs today, bringing total loss to 6.3 lbs. At this point, the ups and downs are to be expected as long as the overall trend is downward.

 

Today was rather light for food. Not for lack of trying, we were just really busy!

 

Recap of Day 10:

Breakfast: oat bran pancake

Lunch: ground turkey, cottage cheese

Dinner: chicken stuffed with herbed cheese, asparagus, bell peppers

Exercise: on the bike right now! 20 minutes down, 10 to go.

The stuffed chicken breast I made tonight was yummy! I split two breasts end stuffed them with nonfat cream cheese mixed with basil, rosemary & oregano. A little salt and pepper and thrown in parchment paper for cooking. To speed things up, I put the chicken in the microwave for 8 minutes first, then finished then in the oven for 30 minutes. I opened the parchment paper for the oven, and they came out a bit dry, do I think next time I’ll just leave them wrapped up and nix the browning. They won’t be as pretty, but hopefully they’ll be more moist.
